It helps to include what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and whether you were on the website, iPhone or Android.
Reporting a member, message or post
Use the Report option on the message, post or profile itself — it comes through with the context attached, which is the difference between us acting on it and us writing back for details. If you can't reach the Report option, email report@roundabout.live. We aim to review every report within 24 hours.
You can also block a member outright from their profile. That takes effect immediately and doesn't wait on us.
Your data and your account
Export or deletion requests, or anything else about what we hold: privacy@roundabout.live. You don't have to ask us, though — you can do both yourself from your account settings, and the Privacy Policy sets out what's in an export. To delete without signing in, use Delete your account.
Locked out and unable to email from the address on your account? Write from any address and say which account you mean — we'll verify before changing anything.
